Projects are becoming increasingly more complex at work. This applies to the information technology (IT) field as well. In this Technology Manager Notebook article, we provide a brief review and comparison of management principles from the latest editions of two commonly referenced frameworks in the field of IT: the IT Infrastructure Library and Project Management Book of Knowledge.
