Methods adopted by the publishers for business growth; Issues related to the price of the books, production cost, and profit to the booksellers or publishers; Description on the economic conditions that produced the book clubs; View that the book clubs are an attempt to introduce mass communication into publishing, thus eliminating most of the risks and part of the expense; View that book clubs have added vastly to the interest of the literary business and have given literature a sort of dignity that it lacked.
