Abstract
- The wastewater from heating and chemical removal of a tungsten polymetallic sulfide ore in northern Guangdong was tested and analyzed, and it was found that returning directly to the original process had a greater impact on the recovery of copper, molybdenum and bismuth, so the wastewater was treated. Through systematic study, it is found that the residual medicament and suspended matter in the wastewater have an effect on the flotation. Through the way of coagulation, sedimentation and adsorption, with 25 mg/L XN-3 as flocculant, 20 mg/L PAC as coagulant aid, 20 g/L activated carbon as adsorbent, after sedimentation for 120 minutes, the removal effect of COD and SS is obvious. The removal rate of COD is 49.46%. Compared with the small-scale test, the modified backwater has little effect on the separation of copper, molybdenum and bismuth, except that the molybdenum grade of molybdenum concentrate has been reduced, and the zero discharge of wastewater from heating and removing reagents has been realized.
