Abstract

We here report three cases with RNA-specific adenosine deaminase ( I ADAR1 i ) mutations causing psoriasis concomitant with dyschromatosis symmetrica hereditaria (DSH). Co-existence of psoriasis and DSH implies that patients with I ADAR1 i mutations may have decreased A-to-I RNA editing in keratinocytes, leading to the development of psoriasis.
