Abstract

Due to the complicated organic components, high concentration and wide variation range in the treatment of landfill leachate, there are more foam which is difficult to eliminate, seriously affecting the evaporation and water quality in the evaporation and concentration process. According to the characteristics of high temperature, complicated composition and high foam in evaporation and concentration process, this paper introduces a poly ether modified silicone defoaming agent. The agent has excellent defoaming performance and stability at high temperature. It not only effectively controls bubble overflow in the process of evaporation and concentration, but also keeps the water clean. Every tons of garbage requires 0. 193 kg defoaming agent for leachate and concentrate, which can greatly reduce the cost, and is expected to be widely used in the treatment of landfill leachate in urban cities.
