Abstract
- Metal-carbon nanocomposites are obtained as a result of mechanical activated dehydrochlorination of polyvinyl chloride in the presence of nickel nitrate and diethylamine with further carbonation of the isolated product. The resulting nanocomposites are distributed in the volume of an amorphous carbon matrix with nickel particles with a diameter of 50-100 nm. The Raman spectroscopy method confirms the formation of a carbon matrix from PVC. Heat treatment of samples at 400 ° C leads to the appearance of a line in the Raman spectra, which are characteristic of carbon structures. The formation of a metal-carbon nanocomposite was confirmed by transmission electron spectroscopy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
