Abstract
- Therefore, the ideal sedation regimen should obviate the need for an intravenous access, but still enable the completion of the MRI without deep sedation and subsequent complications. While feed and wrap technique may be used to perform MRI scans without sedation, this is not always possible due to MRI sensitivity to motion artifacts and long duration of the procedure.
