Abstract
- In fact, post-transplant relapse has been reported in a transplanted patient with mevalonic aciduria (MVA) despite full donor chimerism, although the phenotype at relapse was milder than before HCT and was controlled by canakinumab [[11]]. Patients with HA20 present with an autoinflammatory phenotype resembling Behçet's disease, in addition to autoimmune diseases [[1]]. [Extracted from the article]
