Abstract
- OP03.07: Performances of targeted prenatal ultrasound to identify Zika-infected fetuses with adverse perinatal outcomes and long-term sequelae To correlate the results of prenatal ultrasounds, performed in pregnant women infected with Zika virus without knowledge of the fetal status, and the likelihood of these fetuses having congenital Zika virus infection, adverse perinatal outcomes and long-term sequelae up to three years of life. Results Among 291 fetuses from Zika-infected mothers, 76 (26.1%) had a laboratory confirmed congenital Zika infection at birth, of which 19 (25.0%) presented perinatal adverse outcomes.
