Abstract

The all-components of waste concrete used in cement production can improve the utilization rate of construction waste, however, the quartz will be brought in raw material inevitably, and the bumability of raw material and the quality of clinkers can be affected. Different proportions of F-S mineralizer (m(F)/m(SO<subscript>3</subscript>) = 0.4) were mixed in raw material in the experiment, the effect of F-S mineralizer on clinker property and bumability of raw material whose silicon materials were quartz sand was studied. The results show that while the F-S mineralizer is added in the raw material, the bumability of raw material is improved, it also lowers the temperature of liquid phase appeared and crystallization of C<subscript>3</subscript>S, hydration products of clinker is more compacted and compressive strength is higher than raw material. When the mass content of CaF<subscript>2</subscript> of F-S mineralizer increases from 0. 5% to 1.5%, the long slendemess ratio of C<subscript>3</subscript>S crystal becomes smaller, and the compressive strength of hydrated clinker decreases slightly.
