Analysis of the State of the Housing Stock of the Far Eastern Regions.

A comprehensive assessment of the level of development of the housing sector in the regions of the Russian Far East has been carried out. Private and integral ratings of regions have been constructed. Calculations were made using indicators reflecting the quality of housing (construction time, wall material, degree of depreciation, share of dilapidated housing, equipment with communal amenities), housing provision of the population, housing construction, provision to those on the waiting list, and financial affordability of home purchase. The results of constructing ratings of regions using the methods of ordinal scaling and linear scaling were analyzed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
