МЕНИДЖМЪНТ НА ИНТЕНЗИВНИТЕ ГРИЖИ ПРИ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ НА ПАЦИЕНТИ В УСЛОВИЯ НА COVID-19.

The epidemic blast caused by Covid-19 has become one of the biggest problems for the global health systems. The World Health Organization has warned of the danger of overloaded intensive departments in hospital care mainly in Europe and North America, which has become a fact about our country. Clinical treatment of critical cases in severe disease forms required resource capacity seriously threatening the available health systems [1], [2]. The purpose of this Communication is to present the intensive care methodology in the treatment process of patients with COVID-19 and the importance of effective governance in pandemic conditions. The survey review is based on a documentary method and a monitoring method through which the course clinic and the applied nursing approach in the process of intensive care are examined. Covid-19 cases with pneumonia are classified as light, moderately severe, severe and critical according to the severity of their clinical appearance [2], [7]. The high professional preparation of nurses allowed a wider range of activities and responsibilities in the healing process. At this point, all therapeutic strategies and medical agents, even for the worst cases of the disease, should be used in precise benefit ratio for the patient. The most important thing in the therapeutic approach is to comply with preventive hygiene measures that restrict the spread of infection and reduce the risk of contamination of medical professionals.
