Abstract

In this paper, amplitude dependences of areas of polarization loops S(E) at different frequencies of the measuring electric field E in multicomponent ceramics based on PZT are studied. An existence of two ranges of the measuring fields is revealed, where the dependence S(E) obeys the power law S ∼ E<superscript>σ</superscript>, similar to the Steinmetz law for ferromagnetic materials.
