Abstract

To the editor, On 2017, the Japanese physicians and pathologists reported a form of insudative lesion which can predict renal prognosis in diabetic patients, termed "paratubular basement membrane insudative lesion (PTBMIL)" [[1]]. Diabetic nephropathy is known as the one of the common diseases in which severe insudative lesions, such as hyalinized afferent and efferent arterioles, fibrin cap lesions, and capsular drop lesions were developed [[2]].
