SOCIAL FUNCTIONING OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD).

Children and adolescents with ADHD often struggle with social functioning difficulties. How can these impairments be explained? In the current paper, social functioning difficulties and problems of children and adolescents with ADHD are presented in comparison with typically developing peers. Several domains are considered, such as social skills, social information processing, social cognition, peer functioning.
