P‐3.7: Study on Preparation and Performance of New Black Matrix with High PPI VR Display.

This article mainly presents the black matrix of the innovative technique. A‐Si and SiNx thin films were investigated for low‐reflectance materials. The new BM structure, by using SiN/a‐Si as reflex‐reduction layer and depositing Mo as shading layer, which replaces the traditional resin BM in VR display. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
