Abstract

In "De Sedibus et Causis Morborum per Anatomen Indagatis", Morgagni often noted the job of the subject, trying to describe the anatomical alterations that previous occupations could have caused in the deceased. Morgagni taught for 56 years as Professor of Anatomy at the University of Padua (1715-1771), where he knew Bernardino Ramazzini (1633-1714).
