Discussion on the variety classification and production technology factors of core-spun yarn.

The classification of core-spun yarn varieties and key production techniques were discussed in this article, and the spinning methods for producing 14 core-spun yarns in the spinning and twisting process were introduced. Then the equipment transformation, production methods, technological measures, operation methods and quality control of each core-spun yarn were briefly described, and the quality indicators of the core-spun yarn were compared and analyzed. It is believed that using different core-yarn combinations can develop new varieties of core-yarn. The new varieties have played their respective advantages to meet the demand for more personalized choices of core-spun yarns, and thus can better meet the needs of consumers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
