Hogue, Chairman of the Committee on Labor of the Church League for Industrial Democracy; Description of footpaths of New York of which the author is fond of; Need for reforms in treatment of prisoners after they are sent to jails; Lawsuit filed by the organization Ku Klux Klan against Minneapolis Mayor George E. Leach.
