Advancing Rehabilitation Practice Using Embedded Learning Health System Researchers.

In the article, the authors discuss the possible barriers in integrating learning health system (LHS) researchers into health systems, the innovative models used to overcome said barriers, and the characteristics of the embedded research models. Topics include the goal of LSH to enhance health through cycles of discovery and implementation and the four models of rehabilitation researchers within health systems like the mentored research trainees and local research scientists.
