Magnetic alignment of particles in composite films.

Films with anisotropic electric properties were created by a processing technique that produces an alignment of ,am sized iron particles in a polymer film. The magnetic aligning process was observed to create a formation of iron particle columns parallel to the aligning magnetic field.
