Abstract

The article focuses on the online survey "Conflicts During the Corona Crisis" conducted by the Institute for Conflict Research and Preventive Advice at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Koln on communication and conflict management by several companies during crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic. It highlights the significance of solidarity during crisis, as of the year 2021.
