Analysis of Positioning Adjustment Approaches for Cutting Inserts of Thread Cutters.

The inclination angle of cutting inserts of thread cutters should be adjustable to provide the required geometry when machining threads. In serial production, this adjustment is realized by changing the carbide shims.
