Abstract
- An editorial is presented on peer review on institutional hypocrisy and author ambivalence. It reflects on jurisdictions of law faculties on the process of appointment and promotion of their faculty. It also highlights research support programmes of the European Research Council and the Commission of the European Union for overall assessment of a legal scholar, as of November 2020.
