Highlights the importance of the provisions in the Industrial Recovery Act guaranteeing to workers the right of collective bargaining through representatives of their own choosing in the U.S. Setting of labor standards and, policing the standard set; Requirement of the revision of government set minimum wages and maximum hours for laborers; Incapability of company unions to carry out the industry-wide standardization of conditions which is essential; Friction between the administration and organized industry concerning collective bargaining.
