- Presents the author's views on the condition of Americans during his tour to Spain. Assertion of the author that a fellow from the Friends of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade came out with the pilot to meet him and his other associates and to provide them a letter with the address of a hotel where they could stay; Experience of the author on the working condition of American in Spain; Opinion that the war in Spain is of first importance in saving democracy for the whole world; Attitude of the author toward war and toward the value of democracy and freedom for the world.
