Abandonment of the principle of open diplomacy; Objection to the presence at the conference of several representatives of American organizations devoted to the cause of armament reduction; Complaint raised by Karl Bickel, president of the United Press Association on the reliability of radio broadcasting as competitor of the press in the transmission of news.
