Discusses the case of a 56-year-old woman with lupus erythematosus profundus of the breast. Presence of discrete, hard, subcutaneous nodules in both breasts; Evidence of epidermal atrophy; Occurrence of lupus erythematosus profundus in patients with discoid lupus erythematosus.
