Abstract

The article informs that the 29th publication by the Expert Panel of the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association provides an update on recent progress in the consideration of flavoring ingredients generally recognized as safe under the Food Additives Amendment. Topics include safety of flavor ingredients for their intended use in human food; and qualified experts in training and experience using scientific procedures.
