Abstract

In environmental law exist a tendency to establish objective civil liability, based on the idea of risk, independent of the fault. Thus, from the point of view of the particularities of this branch of law, we shall examine in detail the general conditions of tortious civil liability for environmental damage. We will define the concept of environmental damage and also the ways of assessing and repairing environmental damage to research. In developing this study we will take into account the relevant national law, as well as the provisions of international conventions for the protection of environmental factors.
