Abstract

In the article, the authors present a case of a 54-year-old female with muscle pain in her legs, finger joint pain, and rash on her face and hands, as well as a 65-year-old male with proximal muscle weakness in his legs and finger joint pain to discuss anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5 (anti-MDA5) antibody-positive dermatomyositis with rapidly progressive (RP) interstitial lung disease (ILD) disguising as anti-synthetase syndrome.
