Abstract
- The article presents a case of a 46-year-old man who was observed with opacity on his unprotected left main coronary artery (uLMCA) following elective stenting for his left anterior descending artery (LAD). Following LAD stent balloon post-dilatation, a peri-procedural dissection on LMCA was detected. His catheter-induced uLMCA dissection was managed with renal stent.
