Abstract
- This article focuses on the National Peace Corps Association. Children from other countries may help their parents harvest their food or pluck the feathers from a chicken that will be dinner. The National Peace Corps Association, founded in 1979, supports returned Peace Corps volunteers and encourages them to share their experiences with Americans once they are back home. If a teacher wants to find a speaker in her area who has been to Africa, he or she logs on to the Peace Match Web site and searches to find the nearest returned Peace Corps volunteer.
