The Czech cartoonist, journalist and writer Ondřej Sekora (1899-1967) created many characters for children, but he wrote and drew comic strips for adult readers, too. His longest and most popular strip series was called Hnát and Patrčka (Long Leg and Little Leg) and was published in the Lidové noviny newspaper in the years 1926-1933.
