Abstract

A 62-year-old woman presented with optic neuropathy, proptosis, and ocular dysmotility secondary to an osteolytic orbital tumor. Subsequent tests confirmed the diagnosis of multiple myeloma. Differential diagnoses of osteolytic orbital lesions were discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
