Abstract
- In this article, highly dispersion sulfonated graphene was prepared with an ultrasound-assisted method. X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize sulfonated graphene. According to whether sulfonated graphene and adhesive were separately formulated, they were divided into two different antistatic liquid preparation methods, and then conventional dip-roll-bake process was applied for antistatic finishing. The finished fabrics showed fine uniformity, and the maximum tensile force of finished fabric was slightly increased compared to the unfinished; the antistatic finished fabric still showed good antistatic performance after being washed 20 times, among them the electrostatic half-period of No. 3 and No. 4 samples were 1.71 s and 1.81 s and rated A grade.
