Editorial.

An editorial is presented on the effort of non-governmental organizations and universities to provide the necessary resources focused on continuity of learning, during new outbreak of COVID-19. Topics include training in digital skills, all the teachers have continued to facilitate the learning of their subjects; and observe and analyze the evolution of the science of education in a publication in the language education area Spanish.
