Abstract: The article offers information on the Federal Research and Development (R&D) Funding by U.S. President Donald Trump for the fiscal 2021. It mentions Office of Management and Budget (OMB) adopted a change to the definition of development, applying a more narrow treatment that it describes as "experimental development."
