Abstract
- The ZrO<subscript>2</subscript> – 8 mol. % Y<subscript>2</subscript>O<subscript>3</subscript> (8YSZ) и ZrO<subscript>2</subscript> – 4 mol. % Sc<subscript>2</subscript>O<subscript>3</subscript> – 4 mol. % Y<subscript>2</subscript>O<subscript>3</subscript> (4Sc4YSZ) powders were prepared by the method of reverse co-precipitation with ammonia and nitrate-organic synthesis, respectively. The microstructure of powders is examined, their granulometric and phase composition, specific surface area are determined. The influence of synthesis conditions on the morphology of particles is revealed. The obtained powders are intended for the production of ceramic materials – an electrolyte and a carrier anode in solid oxide fuel cells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
