Abstract

This article presents the results of a theoretical study of the possibility of boundary modification of boronitride nanotubes by a functional amine group (-NH<subscript>2</subscript>), as well as the interaction of the resulting BNT-NH<subscript>2</subscript> system with potassium, lithium and sodium atoms to create a highly sensitive sensor having sensory activity with respect to alkali metal atoms.
