Abstract: The effect of heat treatment on magnetoresistance of [ZnO/C]<subscript>25</subscript> multilayered thin films prepared by ion-beam sputtering has been investigated. A decrease in the magnetoresistance with an increase in the annealing temperature was detected, which is associated with a change in the mechanism of electrical transport. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
