Multi agent approach for environmental customer collaboration.

Customer collaboration in the Green Supply Chain decisions has gained more attention among researchers and industrial practitioners. Many studies highlight that organizations can achieve a good environmental performance by considering customer collaboration and environmental regulation. To implement these two elements, the literature in Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) suggests having a structured information exchange process and proper communication between supply chain partners. For this reason, a multi agent system (MAS) approach is proposed to facilitate the customer collaboration process.
