Editorial.

The article gives a description of how the journal has played an active role in creating awareness among people while debating on issue of drug abuse and alcoholism. The subject of drug abuse was debated at length last month at the Annual Representative Meeting of the British Medical Association; in particular, the problems caused by abuse of amphetamines and barbiturates. The journal seeks cooperation from members of the Society to actively join hands with the journal to fight for a common cause.
