Abstract

The article inform Endocrine therapy (ET) remains the mainstay treatment for patients with Hormone Receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative (HER2−) metastatic Breast Cancer (BC) without extensive visceral involvement. Topic include describe the case of a metastatic BC patient treated with abemaciclib who developed grade 4 acute kidney injury (AKI) requiring hemodialysis.
