Addictive Smartphone Behavior, Anxiety Symptom Severity, and Depressive Stress.

We develop a conceptual framework based on a systematic and comprehensive literature review on addictive smartphone behavior. Building our argument by drawing on data collected from AARP, BankMyCell, Insights West & iamota, MarketingCharts, Northpoint Washington, Pew Research Center, SlickText, Tech Jury, and Tiger Mobiles, we performed analyses and made estimates regarding anxiety symptom severity and depressive stress in relation to problematic smartphone use.
