IAFMHS seeking proposals for conference on forensic MH.

The article presents information related to The International Association of Forensic Mental Health Services (IAFMHS) and Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health, which are seeking proposals for conference on mental health. The IAFMHS will hold its fifth annual Conference from April 18 to 21, 2005 in Melbourne, Victoria. Proposals should address forensic mental health issues in relation to assessing and managing the risk of violence; civil assessment; treatment approaches; therapeutic alternatives to imprisonment; correctional mental health issues; juvenile justice and forensic mental health; cannabis, other substances and mental illness; or policy, program and service system development.
