Analysis of general Dwight David Eisenhower's report in reply to U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Henry Morgenthau's plans for the deindustrialization of Germany; Flaws in the plans of deindustrialization of Germany and breaking it up into big estates; Proposals placed under the report published by the National Engineers' Committee of the Engineers' Joint Council on Industrial Disarmament of Aggressor States in regards to the state of postwar German economy; Reasons given that support the notion that Germany cannot be an agricultural nation.
