Additional records of the sun moth Synemon laeta Walker, 1854 (Lepidoptera: Castniidae) from the Pilliga Forest in northern inland New South Wales.

The sun moth Synemon laeta (Castniidae) was previously only known from Queensland until it was recorded in 2014 at two sites in the northern part of the Pilliga Forest, in the Brigalow Belt South bioregion in northern inland New South Wales.
