Abstract
- Improved methods for one-pot propargylation and Claisen rearrangement have been devised for natural lignans – matairesinol and α-conidendrin. The rearrangement was regiospecific, yielding only 2-methylbenzofuran derivatives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
