OMEP Position Paper: Early Childhood Education and Care in the Time of COVID-19.

The article presents the position paper by the World Organisation for Early Childhood Education (OMEP) on early childhood education and children's care amidst the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide. Also cited are the need to protect children and maintain their good living conditions based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), and the risks facing young children like poverty, inequality, and increased violence and abuse.
